ANIMA CHRISTI
Soul of Christ, sanctify me.
Body of Christ, save me.
Blood of Christ, inebriate me.
Water from the side of Christ, wash me.
Passion of Christ, strengthen me.
O good Jesus, hear me.
Within Thy wounds hide me.
Do not allow me to be separated from you.
From the malevolent enecy defend me.
In the hour of death, call me.
And bid me to come to you,
that with your saints I may praise you
forever and ever.

We find this prayer in the beginning of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, we pray this at the beginning of self-directed or directed retreats of any length.
SUSCIPE ( Take and Receive)
Take Lord, and receive all my liberty,
my memory, my understanding, and my entire will,
all that I have and possess.
You have given all to me.
To You, O Lord, I return it.
All is Yours , dispose of it wholly according to Your will.
Give me Your love and grace, for this is sufficient for me.
